I was in Sedona a few years ago and a friend and I decided to go on a sacred tour of the area. We hired a guide and as part of the package we were to visit a medicine wheel. As we began our journey I was asked to pull a medicine card. I pulled the deer. They are sacred carriers of peace and gentleness. Their message is to guide those with this power animal how to open their hearts and love unconditionally.
