If you choose the 2-Payment Option, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of registration. The remaining balance will be automatically deducted 30 days from the initial date of purchase. The 2-Payment Option ends on August 22. All registrations after August 22 must be paid in full at time of registration.
*Note: Airfare and transportation to and from Marco Beach Ocean Resort are NOT included in the Immersion Fee.
TRAVEL PLANNING
The closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Ft. Myers at less than 1 hour away. A paid shuttle is available to and from the airport. Please contact the concierge for more information.
Plan your travel so you will be able to arrive, get settled and check-in to the Immersion at 6:30 PM on Sunday, September 25. The event will come to a close on Friday, September 30th at approximately 12:00 PM – followed by a group luncheon.
