Kemp Parchment is not only the voice of KEMPIRE RADIO’s #TKIF, Thank KEMP It’s Friday on Friday nights. He is also the President & CEO of Kempire Media Group, Inc., the parent company of KEMPIRE RADIO. Before his days of chatting it up with some of your favorite celebrities, Kemp was a singer/songwriter; performing at legendary clubs such as CBGBs and The Cutting Room. After many years of performing around NYC, writing songs and a few failed attempts at a record deal, Kemp set his sights on a secret desire: RADIO! In January of 2010, KEMPIRE RADIO was born and the vision was to create a platform that celebrated real singers, real passion and real talk. The show would feature both noted and up and coming artists. KEMPIRE RADIO has also welcomed some of the best in entertainment, including: Oprah Winfrey, Brandy, Melanie Fiona, Jojo, Tamia, Musiq Soulchild, Rodney Jerkins, Yolanda Adams, Claude Kelly, Marsha Ambrosius, Wynter Gordon, Tricky Stewart, K.
