What do you do in the face of life unfurling? Do you open your eyes? Do you feel with your whole heart? Do you allow it all in—every bit of it? Or do you resort to your tried and true default button?
DISCUSSION
I will walk through the shadows and lead them up that spiral staircase so the light of my new awareness can chase them away. Allow those feelings of rejection to spill over! Break through that dam I built with sticks of repression and sadness. Embrace that life is already sweet and love is always present right here. Right where I am.
