From the time we’re born, we’re on a roller coaster. It is the shape of life itself, with its ups and downs, its curves , its peaks and valleys, its slow climbs and breakneck plunges. The ones who enjoy the ride are the ones who let go.
DAY 16 – ROLLER COASTER
DISCUSSION
This letting go terrifies me, but like a good amusement park ride, it scares you at first, then you want to “do it again!”. It is giving me the practice of trusting that spirit is leading me where I am to be.
