How often, in life, is it true that the only person in the room who knows you are angry is you?
DISCUSSION
Anger has been a friend to me over the years. It shows me where I feel powerless, where I have not asked for what I want and opened to allow it. It always waves a red flag so I can pay attention, breathe and be with it all. Then the power rises from within and more of my essence appears. Befriending anger stills the quaking in the midst of others anger. I breathe and relax into it and enjoy the ride. It always takes me to a better place.
